Under the circumstances would have been interested to visit before hand and plan the event with hindsight. I could not, parent was not that sort of person. (I have not been, to many funerals).

Ian, Denesha and team are lovely. They are caring, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and their attention to detail is excellent. The service delivered by Ian at our dad's funeral was lovely and all of the family felt that dad had a very good send off.

I cannot recommend Ian & Denesha highly enough, from when I first met Ian, I knew he would look after us through such a painful time.

Nothing was too much trouble, they helped us sort through all the arrangements. Guided us to what we needed to be done & when & did them for us, where possible.

They took away the hard work, allowing the family to come to terms with our loss.

On the day of the funeral, Ian & his colleagues were kind & professional. They were there for us, every step of the way.

Thoughtful and helpful throughout. Some great ideas to personalise the experience for my bridge obsessed mother and her bridge club friends who attended the funeral. It was well worth going with a small firm - it was right for her and for us as a family.

Ian George organised a direct cremation for my husband who had frequently said this it what he wanted.
I was consulted at all times about the arrangements, treated with kindness and courtesy and felt confident that all would go well.
It was quiet, calm, peaceful, respectful and dignified funeral.
I was impressed by the way Mr George handled everything and how smart everyone was, including crematorium staff.

Funeral arrangements fill me with dread, but with Ian and his capable team the whole experience was easy going; relaxed yet suitably formal when required. Ian himself is so approachable and affable, and nothing was too much trouble. Stress levels reduced to zero. Efficient also, and high quality service re coffin, Order of Service and flowers etc. Bizarre to say but it was a pleasure doing business with him. I just hope it won't be too often!

Ian dealt with the arrangements for my brothers funeral in an efficient and compassionate manner. We were governed by a short timescale due to my brothers son having to return to New Zealand. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find Ian, none of us can. We wanted mum to be at home with us until the funeral, no dark colours or formal dressing, a full requiem Mass followed by the crematorium. He put us in touch with Fr Mark of The Sacred Heart, Charlton Kings who put the service side of it together. Ian took all the stress out of the funeral and everything else to do with it. Right from the get go I knew we were in safe hands….. by the end I knew we were in the best hands. I/ we really could not have been happier with Ian George Ltd and all that work there. A super friendly team that all wore their own casual clothes when we asked. 
I have never organised a funeral before but did a fabulous job with a true professional guiding me. Thank you so much!

Ian and Denesha dealt with my mothers funeral three years ago, and as I was so pleased with the guidance and assistance received, there was no-one else I wanted to use when I sadly lost my brother Vincent in May.
