Ian George and Denesha took care of everything from the moment we contacted him when my Father passed away.  Nothing was too much trouble; he showed great compassion to my Mother appreciating the 65 years they had been married.  He carried out my Father’s wishes with a beautiful service in a heartwarming professional manner.  I would highly Ian George, his service is exemplary including the Florist he recommended and Printers he used for the Order of Service.

I am very glad we chose Ian George as our funeral director. All the services he provided were excellent as were his recommendation for the funeral celebrant and the florist. He sorted out the special colour I wanted for the coffin and he was so helpful in dealing with the needs of my 9 year old grandson, who had lost his father. In everything he went beyond what I could have hoped and expected

Ian and Danesha were so supportive and helpful from the fist phone call when I contacted them about arranging a funeral for my aunt. They discussed the decisions I needed to make and I didn't feel rushed to quickly make decisions. They gently reminded me of decisions I needed to make.
I am so pleased the nursing home recommended them and I would certainly recommend them too.

Excellent, professional, compassionate, friendly service provided by Ian George Funerals Cheltenham. From the moment we made contact with Ian and Denesha, it was clear they knew exactly how we were feeling as a family and took care of everything! The respect given to my deceased husband by Ian and Denesha was unsurpassable. It was the little details like providing a garment for my husband to wear, as his shirt I provided wouldn't fit, to answering every question I asked with patience and clarity, and providing enough bearers on the day incase family members were not feeling strong enough to carry the coffin (all these questions were asked by Ian prior to my husbands funeral). I was directed by Ian to Nicky Terrett Flowers Tewkesbury, and Ian was very helpful (with his experience) on catering venue used: The willows Tea room at Coney Hill Crematorium was excellent for a small gathering at his advice. Ian and Denesha also took care of all the order of service and photograph; the booklet was beautiful and he dealt with the priest directly so everything was taken care of. Vey positive experience.

We were all so impressed with the way my husband’s funeral was conducted. Ian and the bearers were without exception, smart, dignified and discreet. 
From the initial contact, to delivering Pip’s ashes, Ian and his wife were efficient and friendly without being “pushy”, making us feel very comfortable during a sad and somewhat stressful time.
I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

From start to finish, Ian and Denisha were brilliant they went above and beyond, going through all that had to be done.
They both gave me the support through this hard time.
Ian the service you done everyone has said what a lovely one it was, not a dry eye was to be seen, yo done myself and mum very proud and I can't thank you all enough for all your help and support.

Ian was very organised and compassionate. The entire funeral was well managed and the entire family felt it was a fitting tribute to my mam.
