I cannot commend Ian high enough for the exemplary care, compassion, guidance and understanding that he showed the family throughout the arrangements and ceremony. Ian helped us through this time of sadness and treated my much-loved, departed brother with dignity and respect. Furthermore, he lessened the pain and helped us all to reflect on celebrating the life of Tom, rather than the loss. Our sincere thanks to you Ian, and all your caring Staff.

I was completely clueless as to what I needed to do but Ian made everything so easy at a very difficult time. From the first 'phone call on a Sunday morning, he was always available, easy to talk to and professional, offering guidance but never taking over. Eddie's life was unique and his farewell reflected that. Thank you Mr. George!

a very difficult time that was dealt with professionally yet personally.ian george made the family feel that our loved one was as important to him as she was to us,which was a great help during such a sad time.we cannot thank him enough for making this heartbreaking experience that little bit easier.

Its such a difficult time and never having had to arrange a funeral before I had no idea where to start, but Ian was able to guide me through it all and turn it into a simple process, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.

I had a list of funeral directors in Cheltenham to ring, but as soon as I spoke to Ian, I knew I didn't need to ring anyone else. He also quoted a very fair price.  He was very helpful in all the matters before the funeral and he and his team couldn't have been better on the day.  Very highly recommended, thank you Ian.

Ian was the perfect guide for me through this process; the first time I have had to organise a funeral and wake. He was sympathetic, helpful, always returned calls and took on much of the organisation. He also has a charming sense of humour which helped enormously!

Very professional but felt quite personal which must be difficult to achieve.  
One thing that I think was missed was the collection at the ceremony for Cancer Research UK?  Hopefully people have given on Ian George's website.

First rate family orientated service with complete care and compassion yet thoroughly professional. Ian and his team are wonderful and so easy to talk to. He had the opportunity to speak to our father before he passed away and took on board his wishes completely... He supported our mother and the rest of the family through the process with his gentle Welsh charm. A gentlemen with a kind soul, his guiding hand and experience made a difficult time more bearable. When my Mum passed away and I started to look a funeral director, I instantly took to Ian's photo on his website. He probably wouldn't thank me for this remark as he's younger than me, but I thought he looked like a father figure and I felt a warming connection to him. He has a lovely warm nature and made my brother and I feel completely relaxed about the whole process paying attention to every last detail. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later my Dad passed away as well so my brother contacted Ian immediately and again he and his staff provided an extremely professional and friendly service. On this occasion Ian went that extra mile and arranged the wake for us in less than 24 hours before the funeral as there had been a problem with the original venue. We cannot thank Ian enough for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ian was recommended to me by a lady I know when he arranged her husbands funeral she was really pleased with the caring way he dealt with everything. Ian dealt with everything from start to finish with our family member including even doing the eulogy.I would highly recommend ian if you want a really professional funeral and want someone to be hands on and very caring.
