Knowledgeable, empathetic, professional service. Brenda in particular took our mothers wishes on board and designed the ideal ceremony which was executed to perfection by Stevie and his team. They also recommend Stephen Bonar Celebrant who couldn’t have done a better job, telling mums life story with some great nuggets and just the right amount of well placed funny moments to lift the mood. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for more from the Staff at Wylie and Lochhead. All meetings and communications were sensitive and helpful, we knew we could call for further advice if needed. On the actual day, the cars, Staff, service all went smoothly and compassionately.

I would like to thank Billy Jamieson for his help and support in the planning and execution of my Mum's funeral. He was extremely kind and attentive and went out of his way to make sure everything was as we wished. I would also like to thank Paul, the driver of our limousine, the driver of the hearse and all the staff at Glasgow Crematorium on the day for their respect and professionalism.

I have nothing but praise for the care and service we received when my dad died. 
Two very respectful and kind men arrived within an hour of calling and took dad into their care.  
Organising the funeral was helped by Pat, a lovely lady who organised everything about my dads’ church funeral and cremation, with care and attention to detail. 
Euan and Kenny who accompanied dad in the hearse let us know what was happening at every step. 
I would have no hesitation at all recommending Wylie & Lochhead Funeralcare, Milngavie to anybody who has had a bereavement.

It was difficult because of date of death - you were short of staff and worse some of the services you eounormally undertake were not available to you because of Xmas/new year shutdowns by some of your providers.
Despite this the actual burial went well

Could not fault the service we received after my mum passed away. They were completely professional and respectful throughout. Someone was always available to answer any queries we had. They guided us through the entire process and helped us add any personal touches we wanted. We would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
