Having to organise Mums funeral from a distance meant many calls and emails. Especially on my part when I was getting anxious about it all. Lenise was a great support and never made me feel I was fussing about nothing (which I probably was!). On the day Neil was lovely, and made me feel as though it were only mums funeral on the day, and no other events mattered. Would highly recommend all their services.
