We were left outside the Chapel for about 3 minutes with my dad on our shoulders, they couldn't get the sound system working for the entrance walk.

The Service we received from Roy Larcombe funeral care was perfect, from taking charge of mum, meeting us to arrange the funeral and then the day of her funeral…communication, empathy and thought shone through the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for better. 10/10

On behalf of our family I would like to say how pleased and grateful we are with the services provide by Neil. He is a very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate man and a credit to your business.
I met with Neil initially where it was discovered there would need to be a long delay before Paul’s funeral could take place (almost 10 weeks). Neil kept in regular contact with reassurance and advice, ensured all the details were in place and double checked everything as time progressed. The funeral itself went without a hitch.
Neil went over and above the call of duty, even offered to bring Paul’s ashes to his home in Bridgend as Neil lived nearby and called in on his way home from work. 
If I may add the only negative. The standard of professionalism overall could have been better but seemed indicative of the high workload on a relatively small team and beyond their control.  

You have supported us as a family with the death and service of three members of our family to date. No doubt we will be in need of your services in the future and I will be recommending your services to others

Deceased was left in the hospital morgue for a fortnight after the green card was given to the undertakers. A week after the cremation, I was still not informed that the ashes could've been collected after 24 hours. This company is an absolute dusgrace to the profession! AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Neil stepped up to the mark coming in half way through our mums funeral ,  he showed compassion and respect regarding our mum Christine McMahon , even adjusting mum for me to do her hair. These things meant everything to her and us. He was very much thrown in the deep end but was so lovely . Thanks to him and Alison mum had the funeral she deserved . You need a pay rise Neil , thanks again x

After initial problems regarding funeral plan with Golden Charter were sorted out, they were very good. Particularly Lenise and Joseph who were extremely helpful in sorting things out.
