They made it all very simple and straight forward .. I did choose the type of funeral I wanted for my lovely mum on the website before going up to meet the lovely Tina . I had constant updates on what was needed to be done which helped alot . Julia Page the lady who took my Mum celebrant was amazing ! I can not thank you all enough

When mum passed away in November we received the best care and attention from the Ely Funeral care team. Tina treated the whole family with respect and anything we asked for was met with true professionalism. Service second to none. 

Helpful, courteous, efficient, and treated with sympathy by all the staff.

Only criticism which could have been big had it not been for the excellent service itself was the vicar (tony) he was addressing us like children, rude, and even shouted at my sister for touching coffin and saying goodbye. My sister had obviously forgotten what he said as she was understandably very upset.

Apart from that from start to finish it was exceptional

brilliant service from start to finish Howard was amazing put my mind at rest from the very 1st time I saw him until the end he was amazing and Lauren on the day of the funeral was totally brill they are a credit to the company...

I found all the staff friendly, caring, compassionate and flexible. 
Lauren, our assigned funeral director was particularly helpful and supportive. We had to use their services over a bank holiday weekend and even that was well organised. I would highly recommend them for a time when you need as much support and help as you can get.
