I was very impressed with the compassionate support I received as well as being expertly guided through the difficult process of dealing with the legal requirements of cremation. My mother died in difficult and unexpected circumstances and an inquest is to be held. Beth and Katie always kept me informed and up-to-date with the process and were very patient with my queries. The decision to use Co-op Funeralcare was made at very short notice and it turned out to be a fortuitous choice, I would certainly use them again.

Katie Beth and Dave are the people we worked with from the co-op. They all helped immensely to get the day to run smoothly as it could do. Very understanding of our difficult situation. Professional yet friendly. A big thank you from the Hallett family
