Excellent service through from Barbara’s death to completion of the cremation. Absolutely nothing that could have been improved. Thank you so much to Connah’s Quay Funeralcare for taking care of our mum’s funeral which was arranged by Helen and Becky. They gave exceptional service from start to finish. Not only were they very professional and efficient, they were also very caring and compassionate.
 Suzanne the funeral director was also so supportive. As well as being kind and understanding she was so organised. She knew exactly what to do and when to do it to ensure everything went perfectly on the day. Her attention to detail was excellent.
 As Connah’s Quay Funeralcare provided such a top rate service for dad’s funeral last year we had no hesitation in using their service again for mum’s funeral.

From the moment I entered your Connahs Quay branch and was greeted by Michelle Hall I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Co.op care.Her combination of compassion and professionalism were faultless.Unfortunately she was not able to follow the whole process through ,especially as she was already booked to be on holiday at the.time of the service but it did not matter.The same service continued with Mark(?) And subsequently Suzanne Malone who handle the actual ceremony.Faultless throughout.

Bereavement for any family is a tough thing to manage, its difficult to process and you feel lost trying to work out who to turn too and what to do next.
We will all experience death at some point in our lives but we always seem like rabbits in headlights when trying to plan the best for our loved ones. We were the same, and like most, we asked friends and family who they used to take care of their loved ones funeral proceedings.

After long deliberation we finally chose the Co-op Funeral Care, Connah's Quay, from that moment of calling into the office all those difficult and awkward decessions were taken out of our hands. All those ideas and plans for the perfect send off were set into action and the compassion, warmth and understanding from the staff made you feel everything was safe in their hands.
The staff worked closely with us to give my father that perfect and unique send off and nothing was to much trouble to achieve this.
My family and I cannot thank the Co-op Funeral Care enough for their support, understanding and compassion during this extremely sad and difficult time for orchestrating a perfect send off for my father.
