Discrete friendly service. Viewing arranged promptly and care clearly taken. Easy to contact and always professional from the Funeral planner to the car staff on the day. Everything went to plan making a difficult time as straightforward as possible. Follow up call after the funeral a nice touch.

Everyone very helpful and couldn’t be nicer.  They gave us confidence that we had nothing to worry about. All handled with respect and understanding. Always available to answer our questions. Only minor problem was that the mats in the car were slippy. All in all they provide an excellent service in our difficult time

Everything for my husband's funeral through the Co-op was perfect. I cannot thank Zara Napier enough. She looked after myself & all the family from day one. Her empathy, efficiency, attention to detail & caring nature are a total credit to the Co-op & I really hope they appreciate her. She guided me so well through what was the worst time of my life & helped me make the right decisions to make sure he got the send off he wanted.
