A first class service from a very competent and professional team. Yvonne was very approachable and made you feel at ease.  She coordinated everything which made things so much easier at a very difficult time.  I would certainly recommend Coop Funeral Care Dunfermline and would use this service again.

We live in Canada and Co op made our lives so much easier when arranging the funeral. Even though the death happened during the holidays, Co op worked with us by email to arrange every detail. When we arrived in Scotland it was all done. This is the second time we have used the Dunfermline Co op and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommended. They are very respectful and helpful.

  • 5 Helen Crawford 2nd Jan 2024

Funeral director Ian was so helpful and went the extra mile to help with the order of service  so that we had pictures of my husbands naval ships. He also lead us through the process step by step and could not have been more attentive.

  • 5 Lorna Stemp 2nd Jan 2024

We were treated with care and respect when booking Dads funeral.
Clair looked after us at every step and helped us through the process.
On the day Michael looked after us explaining what was going to happen and placed the son in laws in position for taking Dad into the crematory.
Thank you to all the staff at Dunfermline Co-op that made a sad day easy and more bearable.

Really good / caring and supportive of myself and my family

Only a couple of things was the loss of my mum’s belongings at the hospital which the funeral team had no control over along with at the end of the church service wheee we thought we would greet people that attended the church service

You did my mum Proud and I will be ever so grateful for this

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

The whole process was handled professionally and the service on the day of the funeral went smoothly.  All credit to your team for their efforts on our behalf.

  • 4 Alex Johnstone 30th Oct 2023

It was good, but a couple of hitches, the cars were 10 min late so didn’t have any time at the Crem to get ourselves sorted, we had to go straight in which was a bit difficult, not necessarily the funeral home at fault with the next few items but they are who we deal with, there was not any gluten free food for the minister and my grandson, it took ages before my grandson got his and the minister was leaving and never got his, also the web cast was very late to put it up on the link, sorry maybe you won’t like this review, there is no harm intended just saying what I felt

I work as an fsc in Dunfermline and My darling Jacqueline had Every one of her wishes carried out to perfection.
Each and every one of my colleagues and managers have excelled themselves.
I can't ever thank them enough.
Right down to allow me to carry out a wish of Jacqueline’s wishes to drive her hearse.
It was an honour and a privilege x.
All my colleagues went above and beyond to help Me, my Family and my friends through this.
As a company this branch needs to be acknowledged.
    Regards Stephen Macpherson.

I cannot thank Fiona and the team enough

They are incredibly professional, went above and beyond to help, planned meticulously and gave amazing advice and guidance.

The day of the funeral had awful weather and many people could no longer travel. Fiona quickly setup the webinar access will little advance notice which was incredible.

Combined they made a difficult time much easier.

    THANK YOU!!

  • 5 Margaret Keohane 18th Oct 2023

  • 5 Susan McKenzie 16th Oct 2023

The attention to detail we received as a family has been second to none from the outset, when dad was received into your care, staff are kind and caring, totally respectful, and have responded well to any questions I have had at every point, throughout the whole experience. My dad was looked after very well. Dad had the Coop services when mum passed away in 2020, so I knew to expect a first class service, and you lived up to my every expectation. Thank you so much from me and behalf of the family.
