From the very begining we were treated with kindness and care.Everything was explained to us so as to enable a fitting tribute to our Mum in a polite and professional but yet simpathetic manner.On the day itself we were gently guided through the Funeral process which was kind as our thoughts were all over the place.A BIG thank you to Nicola and Jessica,we as a family appreciate all your efforts.

My family has had a terrible experience regarding my sister's funeral. Poor communication, administrative delays and a lack of care for the family. A request for refund for services not received has had no response. A letter of complaint will follow this review.

From the moment I spoke with Jessica on the phone, we were treated with the utmost respect, care and compassion. Her amazing skillset ensures that at the most difficult time in your life, she sees to even the smallest of details to ensure that you are happy with all decisions. She is compassionate beyond her years and constantly checks in to see how you’re doing which just goes to show her genuinely caring nature.

The Co-op offered an excellent service from start to finish, I could not fault them whatsoever.

On the day of the funeral, Martin was outstanding, seeing to every little detail to once again ensure that my Dad got the send off he so very dearly deserved.

Thank you to everyone involved, I will forever be grateful for how you looked after my Dad.
