I had so much to learn when my husband died - I didn't have a clue. Obviously your brain isn't quite working at this point. Ian Short, Dennise Graham and the whole team completely took charge. We ended up having the most beautiful and moving cremation. Tam didn't want a lavish affair, so ours was simple but so lovely.

Mum chose Cooperative funeral care so from her passing to the collection of her ashes we couldnt have asked for anyobe better. We first met Pauline who answered all our questions, we met the humanist next and couldnt have had a better person conduct the service. Then we met Michael who was excellent along with a courtesy call after funeral to see if all was ok. Great service and great team, thank you.

I was very happy with Funeralcare Cowdenbeath, especially Pauline who gave very good advice.

On thing though, if you look at my Mother's video you will see that the coffin trolley was pushed into the Flower Bearers and they had to move out of the way.

Perhaps the trolley could be 'parked' to the left or right of the front seating.

Everything on the day went as planned and it is rather challenging to present a review of this type given the very nature of what is being asked.

Natures problems (rain) that influenced aspects, actually turned out to be a blessing and all funeral staff acted without any deviation to the order of service.

Very personal service from everyone and especially Debbie. She was always available, keeping us fully informed throughout and exceeded our expectations with everything she helped and provided us with. The whole day was carried out as I requested the entire team was professional but compassionate and I felt I was among friends. When my mum passed 12 days later we did not hesitate to have her funeral with you as well.

This is the third funeral that these good people have dealt with for me. First was my mother 6 years ago, then my husband nearly 5 years ago and now my son. The care and kindness shown to me and my family has been second to none. Can’t praise them high enough.
