Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

A well used funeral parlour. Very happy with the service having never had to arrange a funeral before. If I have anything to add it would too be absolutely clear at the outset what's needed to finalise the order of service.
We spent too much time trying to input the information ourselves when we needn't have. All we needed to do was record page by page what was required, email and the company do the rest.
It’s a very upsetting stressful time so difficult to see a way forward clearly.
All in all very happy.
