On the Death of my Father, I called Secure Haven, the colled my dad looked after him. They was extremely Kind, Caring for all of us. I new when I spoke to Paul, Cheryl that I had made the best choice to look after Dad thet prepare Dad, he looked really lovely, the funeral although was in Lockdown, was great the way Paul, Cheryl look after you and the family was exceptional.

I would like to say a big thankyou to you both and your team, Paul, Wanda.

Its a sad time in your life to lose someone whom is so close, but you did my Dad proud.

Cheryl was caring, compassionate and helped us create a perfect send off for our baby son. She allowed us time with him before the day of the funeral and was able to arrange the day very quickly, even during the pandemic. Cheryl also has a range of urns available to purchase so we had a beautiful new home to take our son in. From our first meeting to our last, we couldn't have asked for more from her.

After  unexpectedly loosing someone precious, Secure Haven were prompt professional, and supported us with care and kindness. They relieved us of a great deal of pressure. They were available at anytime we needed them to discuss and plan our needs.  We are very grateful to them, and thank them for their enormous help.

Really happy with the service we got from Secure Haven particularly Cheryl. She was very kind & compassionate & dealt with all our concerns & questions with empathy which we really appreciate. Both her & the gentleman in the office deal with me very compassionately when I went to pick up my daughters ashes. They made the whole process more bearable at such a tragic time. I would gladly give Secure Haven six stars if there were such a award. At my lowest point when I was in self isolation as my dear friend had passed away in Broomfield Hospital from COVID-19 I made the right choice and chose Secure Haven to handle every detail of her death. When I was not allowed out they collected all the relevant paperwork from the Bereavement Office, came to my house for signatures (all done through my porch window and distancing observed at all times) then went to the Registrar's Office to obtain the Death Certificate. I could not have wished for better help, compassion and service and their kindness was overwhelming. Paul and Cheryl's attention to detail was excellent and so gratefully received. I know my dear friend when she was in their case was treated with respect and dignity and my heartfelt thanks go out to them. I will always always recommend them to anyone.

Mum wanted a simple cremation with no funeral or fuss. Secure Haven was local and managed a Direct Cremation. Very simple to organise and good value.

Paul Brice and Cheryl were quite wonderful and  there sincerity in  the time following the loss of Ross  was exceptional.
They did small gestures that meant so much at this difficult time 
Nothing was to much trouble to them

Myself and my family cannot thank Cheryl and Paul enough for there amazing help. Every time we went into their parlour we felt we were the only funeral they were doing   They made us feel so safe and cared for. The beautiful lounge you sit in is like being at home so comfortable. Most professional service ,  made to feel relaxed from day one.  No pressure into having anything that we didn’t want. Informative all the way  so we knew what was happening at all times.  
My father had the best service for his celebration of life and so many people spoke of how nice everything was.  All with the help of Paul and his great team .

We are so glad we chose Secure Haven for our mothers funeral. The team were kind, gentle, patient and straightforward. Once we had made our choices everything was smoothly prepared on our behalf. There was no up sell at all. They were not the cheapest quote we had, but the marginal difference was worth it in quality and peace of mind. They made a very difficult day ultimately much less stressful and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
