My mother's funeral went very well. Pauline was so supportive and understanding. Amanda the celebrant did a wonderful service which captured my mother's spirit. Emma and all the staff at W T Dunbar were so respective. We wouldn't hesitate in advising folk to use the Craiglockhart office.

Excellent service from Pauline from start to finish, even though a last minute problem at the cemetery could have been catastrophic it was sorted quickly and meant that the funeral went ahead as planned.

We were so impressed with the individual care and empathy provided throughout the difficult process of arranging our loved ones funeral. We were guided thoughtfully through the planning, which went without a hitch and on the day of the funeral the Funeral Director and Drivers showed such care and courtesy. Would highly recommend.

Everything and more was taken care of with respect and warmth. Debbie, was fantastic helping and guiding me through the process. My Mum looked fantastic when I came to view, and brought me some comfort. A lovely eulogy and service, and everyone who played their part was respectful and ready to help. The service provided was excellent.
Our only disappointment was the near three week wait for the cremation to take place, although we appreciate that this was no fault of the staff we dealt with.

The funeral went to plan without a hitch. Debbie kept in touch throughout and helped when I wasn't sure about some things. The staff were very respectful and helpful at all times.

Debbie was amazibg throughout and made a difficult task very easy. Only thing I would say is if there was Information around paying for funeral. I didn't realise my dad's bank would pay in full but wouldn't release money to myself to recoup the deposit until much later. It would have been good to know this and I would have gone to bank to get paid in full to begin with.
