John was very helpful in every way. Anything we asked to change even last minute was never a bother.  I would like to say Thankyou for making my dads funeral an easy process and beautiful on the day. 

From the moment I contacted Scotmid the professionalism was excellent. Very respectful to the family but most importantly very respectful to the person that has passed. They made it a very easy process, especially in these difficult times. They carry out the wishes of the family too the letter and for this I am grateful. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent and very professional service, the whole team from start to finish could not have done more in this difficult time. The webcam allowed the extended family to watch (this included family In Australia & Canada) and should definitely be extended after lockdown is lifted. I would like to single out Susan McGlame for special praise as she was the main point of contact and was a great comfort at such a difficult time. Again, a big thank you to the whole team.

The service was great everything explained well. Couldn't ask for better Thanks very much.
