I want to say a big thank you to Sharon Bashford for all she did in helping me put our Mum's funeral arrangements in place. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. When we visited Mum in the chapel of rest, Sharon was so helpful and respectful throughout our visit. We were given as much time as we needed and she spent time chatting with us afterwards. On the day of the funeral all arrangements went off smoothly, with the utmost courtesy and respect for Mum. Richard was fantastic on the day and did everything he could to help to ensure it all went off without any problems. Co-op funeralcare were fantastic and I couldn't fault their service.
