Absolute perfection in every single detail, with total respect , Lee and Margaret from Co-op funeral care Tranent went above and beyond in the care of my wife, even personalising the order of service, I cannot thank them enough

Generally we were satisfied, but we were very unhappy to receive my mums ashes in a paper bag - similar to how you would wrap Gish and chips!

Lee and the team have been excellent  throughout the planning and organisation of my step dad’s funeral. They guided us through each step.
The order of service was very professionally made with personal touches that Lee thoughtfully added. On the day of the funeral everything was timed to perfection and very professional. The celebrant that was recommended to us was also excellent and gave a respectful account of my step dad’s life. 
The photographs on the screen were also a lovely part of the service, Lee gave us the link to get these uploaded. 
 I wouldn’t hesitate to  recommend Lee and her team to provide their services at such a sad and difficult time for families.

Having been given the wrong information, receiving an inappropriate comment, being asked for more money after paying in full and eventually having to collect the ashes myself I would not recommend them.

Excellent service - walked us through the options and kept us right throughout in a sensitive manner.  Good that all things funeral related were organised by co-op taking this pressure off the family. Both order of service and celebrant were also 5 stars - thanks so much. Cars were lovely and staff involved in the actual funeral were amazing - sensitive and dignified to help give my dad the best send off ❤️
