The service received was both highly professional and friendly. The funeral was conducted with reverence but yet not pompous or unduly solemn. We particularly liked the use of blue suits and silver vehicles. We have always had high regard for the company and current experience underlined why.

On behalf of Joan’s family and friends, we would like to pass on our sincerest thanks to all the members of the O’Hara’s team.

Given the current restrictions on such gatherings, we were very pleased to have an appropriate service to mark her passing, with a very fitting selection of words and music. The visual tribute was particularly well produced, as was the order of service. The addition of the webcast was also much appreciated by those unable or too concerned to be present.

Rory’s guidance and support throughout enabled us to complete all the arrangements in a timely and considered manner, for which we were especially grateful.
