We are so glad we chose Cotton & Son for our daughter's funeral. Margaret was so caring, compassionate and understanding and looked after us so well. We were given all the time, space and accommodations we needed, and supported to make all the decisions we would otherwise have had no idea how to make. The funeral was everything we needed it to be.
In the worst time of our lives, Margaret led us carefully, caringly, through it. We will forever be grateful for the service Cotton & Son provided for us.

Huge heart felt thanks to Nathan Westwood and Team for supporting my Mum, Sister and myself during a really difficult time. Dad wanted a simple send off with a direct cremation. Nathan's sensitive rapport and guidance organising this with some added personal touches really helped us process saying goodbye with dignity, kindness and support. We cannot fault your professionalism, warmth and personal attendance, Thank You from us all.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.
There was always someone on the end of a phone to speak to. Gentle and kind, Sympathetic and a comfort to know that everything would be perfect on the day.They even organised a wreath for the coffin.

We cannot thank Cotton's enough for their kindness and help in arranging my son 's funeral. Peter was extremely caring and kind and guided us through what was a very sad and stressful time with calmness and professionalism. We always felt we could phone with any problems. He helped us through all the details and enabled us to grieve my son without worrying we might have forgotten something. Our heartfelt thanks to him and all the team at Cotton's.
