Margaret and the team at cottons have been so supportive and  compassionate to myself and my family when we recently lost our loved one. their professionalism is outstanding, nothing was to much trouble helping us give my Mum the funereal service she truly deserved.

We would like to express our heartfelt thank you to Cotton's for the outstanding care and support they provided. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and made sure every detail was handled with professionalism and compassion. A special thank you to Nathan, who was our main point of contact and also led the procession with such dignity and respect — his guidance and calm manner made a difficult time so much easier for our family.


Grandad was looked after with an immense amount of care and compassion, and the funeral service itself was absolutely perfect. He was presented beautifully, and it was clear how much thought and attention went into every aspect of the day. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Michelle for leading the service so warmly and thoughtfully — it truly was a beautiful celebration of Grandad’s life.

Every thing was absolutely perfect for a man who was the best. Attention to detail, with the arrangements, the day of the funeral and the after care of the family were all perfect. We can’t thank everyone enough they were excellent.
