Claire and all the staff at Backwells were most helpful to the family and treated Roger with dignity from the time of his death right through to the Funeral. I really can not express how wonderful the staff at this funeral directors are, from the moment they came to take my dear hubby away, right through to the funeral day, the thoughts and care were outstanding and the staff really do care about what you want for your deceased love one, i had to do nothing at all they did every thing which took the pain away from having to do any thing, at a time when all you need is Love and Assistance, the staff were for me the real stars and the wonderful Lady Grace Jevons that took the service for me was also a recommendation from the funeral directors, Funeral Plan was with the Co op and S J Backwell of Tavistock was the funeral directors through out this sad time for me, with the loss of not only my husband but dear friend, hubby, Soul Mate, you can not beat what they are?
