I received excellent care from the team in Plymouth.  Sophie went above and beyond to help me organise a funeral via the phone and internet as I was not able to visit the funeral home in person . I was guided through the service with care.

Everything was taken care for my sister. Communication was superb especially with my niece and with consideration that she was only 16. We as a family have only used this funeral parlour for all of the family deaths  and have always been treated with care and compassion.

The member of staff, at Coop Funeralcare on Exeter Street, Plymouth, who dealt with the funeral for my wife Linda was excellent at every stage of the process. She responded to our every preference, and where we were unsure about certain aspects, she provided very sound advice indeed. She kept in contact not only with myself, Linda's husband, but also with my son who with his wife was dealing with important aspects also. In this way throughout she was both professional and sensitive, ensuring everything would go smoothly on the day of the funeral, which it did. We are all very grateful, and would highly recommend Coop Funeralcare.

Peter and Sophie were absolutely amazing! Peter was fantastic in helping me all the way throughout and made sure everything was perfect for my nan. I can not fault anything the day was sad but everything done for her was perfect. her flowers were beautiful! Co op funeral care were amazing all the way throughout.

I was more than impressed with Peter and his staff at Exeter Funeral care. From the first phone call until the end of the service for Elizabeth I was supported all the way and Elizabeth was treated with dignity and respect. All her friends who attended said exactly the same too. I couldnt have asked for more and I thank everyone frim the bittom of my heart.

Excellent service. The Coop came to collect my mother's body from her flat as soon as possible on the evidence of a long-standing funeral bond number given over the phone. Sophie, who dealt with me, and Peter, in charge of the day itself, were excellent. All the arrangements worked more than satisfactorily. We were very satisfied with the embalming process, the flowers, the limo on the day, and the excellent quality of the programmes. We were clearly informed about all the additional extras and the prices. The Coop staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful and I can honestly commend them very strongly indeed.

From our first contact to the funeral service itself we were treated with great care and compassion by all at the Co-op. Peter Muller was our contact and he could not have been more helpful, guiding us through all we needed to do to ensure the funeral went smoothly. The Co-op organised the entire funeral and made a stressful time much easier for us. The service itself went beautifully and all of the Co-op representatives were first class. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
