The lady that we have dealt with (Suzy) was very kind, helpful & knowledgeable & dealt with my queries very efficiently.  Also, the celebrant (Andrew) carried out the service very well - just the right tone - I thought - & several people commented to me on how good they thought the service was.  Also the people who dealt with us on the day were very kind & helpful,

The funeral of my late mother, Beryl Hyatt, was dealt with in a very professional yet sensitive way. Each aspect of the actual funeral was fully explained and even though it was a very sad occasion for family and friends, it was a memorable time and everything went smoothly.

The finer details were missed 
Photos given with instructions to go on end of coffin were put inside coffin.  
A bag given to rest with her was left on a shelf in the office until we asked for it as it was not there when we visited her.  
Appointment made for seeing her no one put in diary so waiting for an hour after a long journey to Plymouth for family. 
Having to chase for ashes. 
You can’t have a practice at a funeral so you want it right for all the family.

Our very difficult family situation was made more manageable with the support, guidance and respect and sympathetic attitude received by my sister and me from Chrissie at Crownhill Cooperative funeral arrangements.

The team  from  Coop funeral care guided and helped me throughout the entire process of planning Denis's funeral with kindness, care and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble  and they implemented  family wishes with great care, and consideration. At the Crematorium , they were very considerate and at no point were we rushed along, and had plenty of time to look at flowers before going in the car. We can’t thank them enough for helping us give Denis a beautiful send off.  Thank you to all the staff .
