At what is a deeply distressing time, all my dealings with those at the Crownhill Co-op funeral care were done with compassion, professionalism and empathy.
Our funeral director Matt Gill went the extra mile and ensured my dad's final journey was special.
Nothing was too much trouble and the family we were in excellent hands on the day of the funeral.

This service was very professional. The staff were sympathetic to my situation and were always on hand when and if I had any further questions. This has been a difficult time for my family and I and I feel that we were in great hands with the coop. They come highly recommended and I am great full for their help though this very difficult time.

In a time of unexpected distress and upset the attention given to my deceased father and also myself was unquestionably above and beyond .

Very well conducted in all aspects from the initial planning with Jodie to the farewell at the service with Harvey and Matt and his colleagues.

We feel very grateful that we had Samantha Tippin as our funeral arranger. She guided us through the whole process with care and compassion, and nothing was too much trouble. She also recommended our Celebrant Sally Ingle, who was absolutely amazing. We requested for Samantha to attend mums funeral, which she did. It was a great comfort to us on the day, to see a familiar face and know that she knew exactly what we wanted. The Chauffeurs and Pallbearers on the day were kind, caring and very professional. Everything was done with dignity and respect. We thank them all for making the day more bearable.
