Unfortunately this is our 4th visit in 2 years. Ben Bassett at Crownhill is a very kind and thoughtful young man. Our last visit was for my father who was a very keen dart player and Ben wore a dart in his lapel which I thought was a brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Ben and his team are a credit to your company.
Thankyou Ben for making our sad times a little brighter, your dedication to your job is admirable.

The service provided by Ben Bassett, the funeral director, was excellent.
From the first contact with Ben to the final internment of the ashes, Ben maintained regular communication, offered advice where needed and we felt that we were well cared for.

Could not have asked for anything more and would recommend Co-op Funeralcare, Crownhill without hesitation.

A very sympathetic helpful progress, Matt Gill was friendly, helpful and considerate to our needs. The Order of Service which he sorted was above our expectations. The Crem and Church Services went very smoothly.

A few mistakes were made , firstly the embalming was left out when we had asked for it to be done . Its only that I spotted it on the paper work and had to phone back that it was rectified.
Secondly, the ashes casket that we purchased was inscribed with the wrong information. They put age 65 when my mum was age 63 . We are currently waiting for a replacement.

Ben organised everything without fuss and with good communication and clarity especially given there were some non standard elements (coroner involvement). On the day the execution was dignified and entirely as hoped. This is my 3rd funeral with the CooP in Crownhill and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
