Katie and her team could not be more helpful, the whole process was conducted in a calm and encouraging manner, nothing was promoted unless enquired about which was something I really appreciate. Celebrant (Brian) went beyond our expectations when it came to the service and the Video tribute of photo montage and music was commented on by all attendees. Katie and her team delivered an excellent service.
It was the first time I have had to organise a funeral and Katie made it easy, I felt supported throughout. Katie was professional, but more importantly was kind, compassionate and patient, offering guidance every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They had already been recommended to me & I can see why they treated my mum with the utmost respect & care culminating in a lovely funeral all made possible by Katie & her husband Rob at each stage of what is a very difficult & emotional process

I entrusted the care of my late Mother, Beryl to Katie and Rob knowing they would look after her as if she were their own. From the initial contact till after the funeral, I was kept informed at every step of the way with regards to organisation, choices and the things I hadn't thought about. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. My Mother's funeral was simply beautiful, graceful and very fitting for the special lady she was. Thank you once again to all of you!

Katie and all her staff have been amazing, from the moment our mum passed away to arranging her funeral and then afterwards, nothing has been too much to ask, and they have been contactable at all times, so knowledgeable, professional and more importantly compassionate and caring, we had an amazing service and have really appreciated their support throughout such a difficult time, just amazing cannot thank them enough

Katie, Rob and their team were nothing short of perfect from the moment we called them when my father passed away to the day of his funeral.

They helped us create a special celebration on his land and went so far above and beyond what is standard in the world of funerals.

We feel very lucky to have chosen Katie (purely based on her being female at the start!) and that she is a big believer in using alternative venues for funerals. Nothing was too much trouble for her and rob and they made several extra trips to the property to make sure everything was perfect.

They sourced extra equipment to make things easier/possible in a tricky location.

Everything was spot on and Katie and Rob were the perfect balance of professional and personal.

When my husband Ray passed away i was in mess,I had never arranged a funeral before, so i chose Katie Mills she had really good reviews so i chose her, Katie made me feel at ease at all times and made me feel a lot better she sympathised and helped me out, she treated my husband with respect at all times, I am so very pleased with the way she treated our children and made my Rays funeral so special just like my husband was, Katie never rushed me and listened to what i had to say.Katie did an amazing job of my husbands funeral and would most certainly recommend her to any one. From the moment I walked through the door and meet Katie she went above and beyond to make sure the difficult task of arranging the cremation of my brother went as smoothly as possible. I cannot fault the service that she provided. Her kindness and generosity of time made me feel that my brother was in safe hands from the beginning. She always made time to answer any questions that I had.
I will be recommending Katie’s funeral services to everyone.
I hope I don’t need to call on her services for a while but when I do need a funeral director again I will have no hesitation in going straight to Katie.

Katie, Rob and their whole team are simply amazing. My brother had very specific requests for his funeral and they went above and beyond to make sure his funeral was exactly what he wanted. From the moment Katie met us at the door, we felt very welcomed and although it was a very sad time, we had a few laughs and tears discussing funeral arrangements for my Dad. Katie was so understanding, knowing when we just needed a few more moments to make decisions and never hurried us or made us feel time was an issue. Explaining things step by step supported us as a family, to make those decisions, that can be very difficult. On the day of the funeral everything was managed so well and took a lot of pressure off the family. Can not fault anything. Thank you Katie & Rob for being so brilliant!
