Dawn and Lucinda went above and beyond to help with mum's funeral. They guide you through the process in such a professional and relaxed manner. The silver hearses are a celebration of the person who has passed. Dawn is wonderful funeral director. Friendly and compassionate, I couldn't have asked for better for my mum. Thank you.

The service provided was exemplary, sympathetic and supportive throughout, from the initial contact after I submitted details on-line, to the calls with Jacqui, and from the Honiton office when I collected mum's wedding ring. Thank you all for making such a difficult time more bearable.
