The funeral for our Mum was organized and handled with such care by the Co-op in Cowick Street. All our wishes were acomodated. All the staff are so kind and caring they go above and beyond. They all made a very difficult day run smoothly and we can not thank them enough

A difficult time for the family, made easier by the care, attention and support from Fleur and the Exeter St Thomas Co-op team.

From the death of Pearl on 03/02/24 the funeral directors Co-op Funeralcare excelled in delivering everything so professionally. From the collection of Pearls body on the 3rd by Brian and I think the lady was called Phoebe,so caring, making arrangements with Fleur and trainee, meeting and speaking to Kerry, so so professional ensuring everything was discussed thoroughly re the funeral at the crematorium, arranging a celebrant who listened to our requirements. To be honest there isn't enough words to express how delighted we are for the service provided, including the back up phone calls received regarding our welfare etc. I’m just so glad I have pre paid for mine and my wife’s funeral with the Co-op. You did my mother proud three years ago and know her younger sister Pearl. Finally thank goodness you have such superb staff, in particular Fleur and her outstanding delivery throughput. Today I collected Pearls ashes once again being dealt with so professionally with that personal caring touch. Sorry I forgot her name but your front of house staff are all superb, and I really like the new premises. Once again my sincere thanks to all involved, faultless and so reassuring. I have no qualms in recommending the Co-op Funeral Care in Cowick Street. Really grateful Geoff Fidler
