Thank you Simon for everything you did today for my sisters funeral. At a very emotional time you listened to what my daughter and I wanted - not a mainstream production line funeral service but one that was very much tailor made for us. At every stage you were there listening to me and interpreting my thoughts and wishes. You made today a very beautiful tribute and final send off for Julie.

Simon helped us through the stressful time of arranging Bernard’s funeral with kindness and compassion. He guided us through everything so smoothly,liaising with the florist and arranging for the orders of service to be printed.It was the personal touches from Simon and his team which took the stress out of a very traumatic time for me and the family,as we tried to come to terms with the great loss of a beloved husband and father.
Subsequently we contacted Simon to arrange for the interment of Bernard's ashes. He dealt with all the formalities for us including ordering the marker, and at all times was sympathetic to our wishes which we found comforting.
We would recommend Ottervalley Funerals,as they work with the bereaved with empathy and care.

Everyone at otter valley funerals was so kind and considerate following the loss of my darling husband. They respected my decision to have a completely private service but made sure I could spend time with Andy in their beautiful chapel of rest every day. I will always be grateful for what you have done for me Simon.

Otter Valley Funerals were absolutely wonderful following the death of our much beloved Mother. Simon and his team were incredibly sensitive, understanding, professional, kind, helpful, supportive and flexible. From start to finish, Linda was given the utmost respect. Everything was explained in a very clear, compassionate and friendly manner as well as being absolutely professional at all times. The cost of the services we received was very reasonable and the quality of the service we received was 5 star. 

At a very difficult time for anyone having to deal with the loss of a loved one you can only wish for a service like Otter Valley Funerals.
