At an extremely difficult time I found Tom to be incredibly helpful. Any advice given was in a quiet, confident and caring manner. He always went at my pace as we prepared for Frank's funeral. The help he provided before the funeral service was just at the right tempo and not overpowering - it gave me time to think about the forthcoming Service, while at the same time trying to adjust to what had happened. His quiet presence on the day was also reassuring. I can't thank Tom and his team enough for getting me through the most challenging day of my life.

Christopher's family Funerals were very professional in all aspects of my mum's
funeral arrangements.
The team were all very helpful and sincere in dealing with my requests and no item was too much trouble, their attention to detail was first rate.

I would recommend anyone to consider Christopher's Family Funerals, I felt they
made a very difficult time a lot easier to bear for all our family.

The service provided by Tom and his team at Christophers was first class from collecting my mother in the evening through to the service itself. Their approach was compassionate, informative, prompt, thorough and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Tom met us early on, so that we were made aware of everything that was included in the funeral plan, what options were available to us within Covid restrictions and what things we needed to do. This contrasted with our father's funeral, where we organised and paid for the Order of Service, music and flowers, not realising that the funeral director could do them within the funeral plan.

I can't speak highly enough. At such a difficult time, Damien was always helpful, understanding, never rushing; a calming support. My sister was, in no way, run of the mill - I asked repeatedly of Damien for what might be seen as unusual services and approaches. Never once was I made to feel anything other than heard and supported. I'm truly grateful.
