He was courteous and respectful, guiding us through the whole process and offering assistance where required

From start to finish the staff were incredible. Special mention to Sarah, Georgina and Adam. We were advised and communicated with at all stages of the funeral planning. Everything was made as easy as possible for us and our wishes carried out. They treated Mum with the utmost respect as they did us too.  Very caring team who took some of the load off us. I wouldn’t use another Funeral Director from now on.

From the first phone call to the last nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered with kindness and reassurance. The ladies in reception who handle a lot of the matters and help you to put together the order of service became a friendly face and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to visit Mike as often as I wished and never felt rushed. I have used their service (sadly) many times starting with my grandparents and parents and now my beloved husband, and can only say they did him proud whilst he was in their care.

Adam and his team looked after my Uncle’s wife after his death with such gentle care and attention, even dropping off documents to her home as she doesn’t use technology.

Tegid’s were very professional with regards to all the funeral arrangements.  Adam was supportive and offered advice and suggestions in a most sympathetic mature manner.  Nothing was too much trouble for Adam.  Tegid’s took the stress out of a traumatic experience.

The care taken by my funeral diector Adam was second to none .every detail was checked and completed with dignaty.from the first visit to my house to discuss how I would like the funeral to go nothing was to much trouble .the day itself went perfectly and I can not thank him enough .this is the last job I did for my mum olga and she would of been incredibly happy with her last journey I found all the staff helpful kind and would not hesitate to recommend Adam and the staff at tegidojones Prestatyn

Adam and team were wonderful. Sarah helped my granddaughter ands I make arrangements for my daughters the funeral with compassion and understanding.
The day of the funeral went really well, Adam and team took care of everything.
