A fantastic service from beginning to end which felt was very personal and heartfelt.
Very professional but above all empathetic which put everyone at ease through the most emotional of occasions. We would thoroughly recommend Andrew Grey to anyone as nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed from beginning to end.

Andrew and his staff were very courteous, considerate and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Made this sad journey easier for us to handle. The chapel was beautiful, I felt comfortable leaving dad in their capable hands. Everything went to plan and our dad had a beautiful send off. The after service is also 2nd to none. Would not hesitate to recommend their excellent services.

Was the first funeral I’ve had to plan and the help I received was unbelievable, everything I needed sorting was handled by Andrew and the others. Couldn’t meet a nicer man than Andrew and he always made sure I was okay and reassured me all the way through. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming to Andrew in the future when he is needed

From the first emotional phone call, we felt we were in expert hands and could focus on our loss. Kay, in particular, was exceptional and we couldn’t have faced the day without her. She looked after every member of the family and made last minute arrangements swiftly. calmly and respectfully. The funeral was perfect, included all of Mam’s wishes and went without a hitch-because of Kay’s attention to detail and expert planning. I thank you for being there for me, 24-7 and all the caring phone calls after the funeral. We are forever grateful. From the entire family of Mrs Sandra Taylor.
