We will never forget the way in which Andrew and his colleagues looked after us during this difficult time. He immediately took everything out of our hands and took care of us all. We didn’t have to worry about anything and our Dad had the perfect send off. Andrew messaged us often to make sure that we were ok and made us feel that we were the only people who mattered. At the difficult and sad time of the loss of a loved one it was a huge relief to be helped and supported through the funeral arrangements by such kind and caring people. We know Vera was looked after with respect and compassion. I can't thank Andrew, Gillian, Ben and Sarah enough and would recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent service.

The support from start to finish was exemplary. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, including evening and weekend visits to the chapel of rest to spend time with Dad. The communication was brilliant with Ben and the team regularly checking in to see how we were. Having the ability to WhatsApp was also really beneficial at a really upsetting time, as not always easy to talk.

The funeral went very smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day, other than to focus on saying our goodbyes. The flowers were beautiful and the order of service perfect. 

Ben dealt with the family with such compassion and honesty and we felt like we were in safe hands. Having never done this before everything was clearly explained and we were guided through the process.

I have nothing but compliments for Andrew and the team, thank you all!
