Myself and the Family of the late John Nofty Purvis would like to thank all of the staff at Andrew Grey for all of their help and support they gave us at this sad time .
Ben who took care of us gave us a courtesy call almost every day letting us know we could contact them anytime.
I would also like to say that they laid my husband to rest exactly the way he would have looked.
The service they provided on the day of the funeral was outstanding taking all of our wishes and needs into consideration

A faultless service, nothing was too much. Our Mam had left very precise instructions on her funeral plan, which was written some time ago. Time however can make some instructions obsolete, Andrew Grey were very happy to adapt. A big thanks to Ben for his patience and support.

We couldn’t thank Andrew and Gillian enough for arranging everything for us and this was greatly appreciated. Nothing was a problem to them. 
The funeral was carried out with dignity and compassion and Shirley would have been so pleased with it.

Very professional and we were kept in touch step by step with the progress up to the funeral day
The weather etc was against us but these obstacles were overcome with professionalism and care. Times were still met. Mam's funeral was what she wanted.
I think I will pay for my funeral through Andrew. It's less worry for my children when my time comes.

Mr Ben White was superb - sensitive, caring and above all, kind-he took the stress and worry out of all of the arrangements. My family and I could not have received or hoped for a higher level of service.

From the minute Ben introduced himself to us he was so professional, respectful and caring.Ben and his team made the whole upsetting experience as easy as they could for all of our Mams family. Ben was patient and understanding. The thing that stood out more than anything was, the respect he showed to our Mam, from taking her from the care home right through to leaving her at the crematorium. Thank you all so much.

We chose Andrew Grey as the company had been recommended by a friend. I am so pleased we did so. They provided the truly personal touch according to our needs. As the Coroner was involved they liaised directly with the Coroners Office so they could collect our loved one as soon as possible. The Chapel of Rest was a lovely calm and serene room. And they softly played the tribute songs we were having at the funeral which I loved. That was such a lovely touch. Ben kept us informed throughout and I knew I could speak to him anytime. On the day itself the hearse had been set up perfectly with all the flowers adorned beautifully. Ben, very respectfully walked our loved one off our Estate and it was all very dignified and quite emotional. Everything we requested from leaflets to words from a song printed was done without question. All in all I was extremely happy with the overall service, care and dignity provided. Thank you so much for making such a sad and poignant occasion go smoothly. You were superb.
