This is the second time I've used Andrew in 18 months, and the third in 11 years. As always, Andrew and the team went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble and always available to talk, no matter what time of day. Andrew and the team provided exceptional care and compassion to myself and my family. My sister was given a dignified and fitting send off and was treat with the utmost respect. I can't thank Andrew and the team enough for the service we received. Consulate professionalism with a good amount of personal touches. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you once again to Andrew and the team

My mam, my sister and I can not thank everyone at 'Andrew Grey Funeral Directors' enough. At a very difficult time, everyone was totally professional. Special thanks to go to Ben, who worked hard to ensure that things were as we wanted them. He was excellent in his approach and so understanding and accommodating in adjusting even the smallest of details until we were all very happy with everything.
On the day, everything was timed to perfection and so impeccably well organised. It made things as easy as they could be under the circumstances, and my dad's funeral was actually quite beautiful in many ways. We would very much recommend 'Andrew Grey' as a funeral director, to anyone.  A big 'thank you' from us all.

The death of a family member can be a stressful, confusing and disorienting time with so much to arrange. Andrew Grey Funeral directors provided a point of focus for the family in the days and weeks following Helen’s death with impeccable service by all members of the team who we dealt with but especially from our main contact of Andrew.
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, and caring service from this local business.
Andrew was always at hand to answer any queries we had, provide suggestions if we were unsure, explain precisely what was going to happen and when and also greatly reassured us of any worries we had.
It’s this respectful attention to detail that greatly benefited the family knowing Helen was in safe hands and would be looked after with such care on her final journey.
