Andrew and all his staff were amazing and I can’t thank them enough. They really looked after us all and continue to offer their support. All of the staff were extremely thoughtful and supportive and showed their experience and professionalism through their advice, guidance and actions. The funeral was beautiful and very well coordinated, we couldn’t have asked for more for us or our Mam.

Andrew was excellent in every way possible. From start to finish and even after, Andrew was in regular contact with updates. He would enquire about how we were feeling and also giving words of encouragement in the terrible times that that we were all faced with after dad's sudden passing.
His advice was second to none,providing everything we could possibly think of, and his staff were so friendly and on hand every step of way. We were really pleased to have dealt with such professionalism from the whole of Andrew's team.
Andrew explained exactly how the day would run ensuring all our wishes were followed and true to his word the day ran like clock work and we celebrated dads life the way he would have been proud of.

Andrew and his team helped me and my sisters from start to finish. They have supported us along every step of the way and we couldnt be more grateful. They went above and beyong to help guide and support us with decisions we never thought we would have to make at a young age for our dad. I could not recommend them highly enough and we really cant thank them enough for what they have done for us. Even now after the funeral they are still giving us help and guidence and making sure that we are coping. Thank you to Andrew, Susan and the rest of the team from the bottom of our hearts!

Andrew and his staff are amazing. They do their utmost to help you in your time of need. Friendly to put you at your ease but also respectful and mindful of the situation you're dealing with. They couldn't have done more for myself and our family, both for my husbands funeral and my mothers last year.

Andrew and his staff are professional and compassionate from start to finish. At what was a very difficult and sad time for us we were made to feel it was all personal to us and not just generic. It feels very bespoke and not  generalised. We never felt rushed to make any decisions. They even played us samples of music to help with our choices for the Crematorium. We recommend Andrew for his family atmosphere wholeheartedly over the larger corporate companies. Thank you again Andrew.

We would like to sincerely thank Andrew, Kay and all his staff for providing an outstanding service provided at the time of our recent loss, from beginning to end we were provided with a genuine level of care and understanding, all with such compassion to us all as a family and to our Dad/Husband (Maurice Bennett). Andrew Grey Funeral Directors looked after my sister with the up most of dignity and respect, they dealt with my mum throughout what was a difficult and prolonged period of time. During her time of mourning my mum was spoken to with so much compassion. The staff at Andrew Grey showed nothing but care and support to my mum, and to myself. My sister's service was beautiful and memorable. Andrew Grey himself led my sister which was a very meaningful touch and Eileen Osbourne led a beautiful tribute to my sister. They truly did go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible and to lift some of the burdon from my mum's shoulders through a very difficult time. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone. Andrew Grey Funeral Directors really do go above and beyond for their clients.

Keith's family would like to thank Andrew Grey,Kay and staff. Keith would be so pleased with the Triumph Bonneville hearse. It was beautiful and appropriate for him. The funeral director and staff did us proud and looked after us so well on the day. Kay was so caring and professional. The Reverend Steven Hill did a really good service. We cannot thank all the professional staff enough for all their help on that sad day.
