Andy, who took care of my dad and us all was brilliant from the start. He made us all feel at ease and would do anything to help, ringing regularly to see how we all were and offering his help. It has been a really difficult time for us all, the funeral service itself was definitely as good as it could be, flowers recommended to us by Andy were beautiful, the humanist Michael spoke some beautiful words about dad's life, no complaints at all.
