From the start the staff were caring and supportive, with their help we got the funeral our mum would have approved of. Nothing was any trouble to them and I got a phone call every other day asking if I was OK and did I need anything else doing.

We used Andrew Grey for our mams funeral on 13th November 2020.
From the very beginning we found Kay to be very professional and helpful in every aspect.
Kay answered any questions we had and arranged everything to our specifications.
On the day of the funeral Kay kept us updated to ensure everything went smoothly on what was a very difficult time for us as a family.

2020 has been the worst year. I lost my dad in January and sadly my mam in August. Both times Kay was there for me. Helping me get through the most difficult time. Words are not enough to express the gratitude and love I have for this amazing lady. Andrew and his team have a compassion that can't be put in words. Thank you seems inadequate but comes from the bottom of my heart.

Kay from Andrews team was a great help and comfort at this dreadful and uncertain time. Covid made this a very unusual situation but Kay talked us through it and was at hand whenever we needed her. We also want to thank Ben. He walked us through the situation on the day itself and he helped navigate the changes and new rules.

Their service was more than satisfactory and costs were very competitive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t praise the service we received as a family from Andrew and his team enough. Kay was spot on and made what was a truly awful time so much easier for us. I knew dad was in safe hands with Andrew and his staff, as they looked after mam last year.  In these uncertain times I was worried that  dad’s funeral would not be the same as mams, but it exceeded my expectations and we could not have asked for anything more.  Andrew and his staff are fantastic, treating dad and ourselves, with the upmost respect and dignity, in times which I m sure are challenging for them also.   We would also like to thank Jean Merton for the lovely service which she provided.
