We received excellent service. Andrew is very professional. Caring and sincere.. We have used Andrew in the past for my mother in laws funeral. The professional care and support shown to all members of our family at this difficult time has been over and above our expectations. The advice and guidance given helped us to deal with all the necessary arrangements ahead and after the funeral and the attenrion to detail was outstanding. I really do think that the staff really do care about the people they are helping as if it was a member of their own family and we cant thank them enough.

From contacting Andrew Grey Funeral Directors when my mother passed away to the funeral I honestly cannot praise the staff enough. Every member of staff were lovely at this sensitive time. Kay who coordinated the proceedings was so helpful and compassionate made it easy to plan a lovely send off for mam. On the day everything went like clockwork without us feeling rushed. Andrew and his team are amazing, they make the most heartbreaking of times much more bearable by literally organising everything. Andrew messaged me everyday keeping me updated with all arrangements and also lovely words of support which were a great comfort. As a family we literally can't praise enough the care and love given to not only mam but to us from Andrew and his dedicated team. We cant fault anything andrew has done for us, nothing was too much trouble, from coming to my mams house to sort out all the arrangements to the care my dad had while in their care. We didnt want anyone else but andrew for my dads funeral as we have known him for years and we knew my dad would be in the best hands.
