I Am very Happy to recommend Clarks ,Both my Mum and Stepdad had pre paid
funeral plans with them . This made life so much easier to the extent we also will now consider having these plans . At no time did i find the staff anything other than helpful and respectful . Even to the extent when mum passed our we dog which was so petted on mum was running around looking for her . I had read that Dogs respond to seeing the body and move on !! I must admit when i asked the receptionist if i could bring the dog in to see Mum she was somewhat taken aback but agreed ... Strange as it might seem i have a lasting memory of that event ... Best to stick with Family Firms .... Thanks to all at Clarks

Nothing was too much trouble & everything went so smoothly. We all very much appreciated the route taken to Noel’s final resting place passing his bookies, favourite watering hole & the street he was born & lived on all of his life. Everything was done with great professionalism.

The staff at Clarke’s were considerate and professional. From the removal from her home, through her days at Clarke’s and then the service and committal, I don’t think anyone could have asked for a more attentive and caring service.

I've used Clarke's for the funerals of both my parents. On both occasions they provided very sensitive, dignified and professional service where what was agreed was delivered reliably and without fuss. They worked flexibly to accommodate our wishes and made things straightforward for us at a difficult time, in particular co-ordinating in the background with all the various people involved.

From the initial phone call to S.clarke + son, through the arrangements pertaining to  the funeral of my wife I was completely satisfied with the care and attention given by the various members of staff involved.
They undertook all the actions required to contact the minister, the church involved and the gravedigger and on the day of the funeral the necessary actions to complete the burial.

Can not thank these guys enough for their support at such a difficult time. To make things even more difficult, I was planning a funeral from quite a distance but it was never a problem. They were sensitive, professional, respectful and went above and beyond to send my brother off in the best way they could and Nothing was too much for them.
