From the moment you meet Richard he makes you feel at ease, he talks you through all the options for the funeral with empathy and respect. Communication and advice was detailed and easily understood. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wouldn’t of had my dad’s funeral anywhere else. Me and my sister are going to set up our own funeral with Robert Roberts since my dad sorted his funeral plan . Made life easier for family and we knew exactly what he wanted and they made this happen. Very caring , very professional and totally understanding.
