Richard and all of the staff at Roberts Brothers were excellent.


They guided us through a painful time with compassion and understanding, offering practical help and advice at every stage. The funeral itself was managed beautifully, especially considering the complications of the Coronavirus pandemic. It is comforting to know that they are there should we need further advice or help, even after the funeral. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first time I rang them and spoke to Richard they were very professional and caring. Obviously during lockdown because of Covid 19 we could not have face to face meetings so everything was done online or over the phone ,but everything went smoothly and they gave my mother in law the best funeral we could have hoped for in the circumstances . Would thoroughly recommend this firm for their kindness and caring attitude and their professionalism during hard times.

Losing a loved one and having to organise their burial a daunting task but you made it so easy, you provided all I asked for. In times where lets face in life is not normal the contact we had via telephone and e-mail was excellent. The service although not at the Church but cemetery was beautiful, flawless in fact. You provided a professional service with a great deal of compassion and sincerity.
