I would highly recommend the Co-op Funeralcare in Winsford, from the first point of contact, to the precision, compassion and thoughtfulness from everyone  concerned with our son’s Stuart’s cremation.  Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed at all times. They followed our instructions to the letter and double checked all details with us. Everything ran smoothly and all concerned were respectful and kind. The quality of the order of service booklets, the bookmarks and flowers was excellent.

Liberty and the Co-Op funeral care team were wonderful. They made a truly difficult time in our lives, the easiest it could be be, treating us with respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. They guided us through the decision making process, ensuring we went at our pace and were not overwhelmed. Liberty made excellent suggestions and gave us sound advice. She has truly been wonderful and is an absolute asset to the company. Likewise, the celebrant Carole, was wonderful and Sharon our funeral director on the day was so compassionate and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend the Co-Op Winsford Funeral Services as a place to guide a family through the worst of times with care, compassion, respect and professionalism and I am extremely grateful to them all.

Arranged on line as direct cremation with follow up from sympathetic staff. Advised when cremation would take place and when we could collect ashes from crematorium. Helpful information in online guide.

First let me thank all the staff at winsford co-op funeral parlor
The day went well couldn't give excellent due to the shambles collecting the coffin and getting it inside the crematorium.The second point there was no direction when it came to seating and following the service no one knew when or where to leave.

This is the second time I have delt with the co op in the space of 11 months.i cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion I was shown both times. The beautiful young lady who I delt with over my husband couldn't have been more helpful and showed genuine compassion

Very straight forward to arrange the direct cremation. Liberty was very sympathetic and explained what would happen. I was kept updated throughout this very sad time as she promised.

The service provided by the team at Winsford CoOp funeral care was exceptional. I would highly recommend them going forward. They really made what was a sad occasion very special and memorable.

There were two errors in the arrangements : incorrect spell and date of death on the plaque on the coffin, which if I had not visited the Chape of Rest two days prior to the funeral would not have been noticed.

A wooden casket ordered for the ashes was done only when I enquired whether the ashes were ready for collection for internment.

On a more positive note the Cekebtant recommended by the Funeral Director was outstanding and perfectly matched what we had described when we had the initial meeting with the Funeral director.

All staff were very good and promptly corrected the errors.
