Made my first experience of arranging a funeral really easy and relaxed. As an only child of my late father I had to do everything… however the funeral directors constantly checked how I was getting on, plus helping with the other major things of dads affairs I had to do… 5 star service

Most of the arrangements were carried out in a most excellent and professional manner, particularly on the day of the funeral.  However some of the early administrative arrangements showed a lack of experience, record keeping and continuity which meant I had to correct some misunderstandings on order to ensure accuracy.

Natalie, Katie and their team were lovely throughout. Keeping us updated and making sure we as a family were ok through such a difficult time. The funeral went off without a hitch and they did our Dad proud. Many thanks to you all.

Amazing service couldn't ask for more. Very perfessonal aslo very accommodating to our needs.

I cannot recommend J S Cowley highly enough. The staff were excellent and guided us through the funeral arrangements seamlessly. Katie listened to what we wanted and chose a wonderful celebrant for the service. She was the perfect choice. All the staff were fantastic and highly professional. We would like to give special thanks to funeral director Natalie who was made sure that everything went flawlessly on the day and was very supportive

All staff very kind. Special thanks to Natalie for stepping in at the last minute . It was a shame Anne wasnt back in Stony Stratford before the night before the funeral - as more people wanted to see her. Changes to the burial site etc. not advised until it was too late to question them. Other than that all good.

Pleased with arrangements & how we were dealt with. Katie & others were helpful & sympathetic with our wishes & were contacted with updates. Last minute panic regarding stand for picture but Katie resolved night before service. Please, please for others in future check how good the vicar is for simply reading a eulogy & for organising music in the church. I know this was down to the church not Cowleys but it's all part of the day & Cowleys putting me onto that vicar. I have regrets that I'm trying to move on from. Don't let someone else feel as I do.
