Carrie at the Co-op was absolutely great considering she is there on her own she adhered to all out needs including staying late for veiwing my Dad couldn't fault them at all

Sadly both my mum and dad passed away within six months of each other. On both occasions we used the Co Op Funeral Care Service . They were wonderful, extremely helpful and very caring and ensured that absolutely everything was taken care of. Most importantly on the day of each funeral they took care of us the family and did everything we asked of them. Their staff are to be commended for their kindness and consideration and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Everything was carried out just as mum and us wished and to a real professional standard. On the day ,Natalie was so respectful and caring. Extremely happy with the very professional service we received from the staff at the Bletchley branch. We had a pre paid silver plan but opted for a direct cremation in the end as it suited our wishes far better. I can't rate the service we received highly enough & would have no hesitation in advising others to also use the Coop Funeral Service.

I have given feedback already on the men who carried the coffin who during the service were constantly talking, that echoed in the chapel making it very difficult to hear the pastor - I nearly walked out of my mums funeral to ask them to be quiet or talk elsewhere
Equally the flowers that were from Mums grandsons were placed flat at the back of the hearse, so that a wooden plaque can be against the coffin saying Co-Op Funeral Service - This should not be an advertising opportunity for you
