Very, very helpful at a very difficult time, made a distressing situation manageable, and staff very professional and understanding, couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, I would recommend them always.

Everybody was very friendly & helped us with all the arrangements, but as the lady looking after us was on holiday awhile some things was not completed as I wanted it ie: order of service cards but apart from that very helpful

I highly recommend these directors flowers were beautiful and very well done they were so supportive and reassuring and tended to are every need and Alexandra Warren who we met with as a family what a lovely lady she is.And the rest of the team so polite and helpful through a difficult time they really work hard in providing the best can't fault them thankyou so much from all of us we are so happy we went with you so if you wondering who to arrange your funeral with I'd say this is deffinatly a good option for you highly rated5*

The people I dealt with at the co-op funeral services at Westbury on Trym, myself and my wife were treated with complete courtesy, empathy and care. From the initial meeting to the day of the service I can have no complaints. I have to mention Emilia she has been superb throughout and also David who phoned me the day before the service and on the day he had everything under control and was brilliant. During our sad times over the last month we have been comforted in the knowledge our Stuart was in safe hands. Thank you to all those who looked after Stuart since he was in your care.

Alex took all the worry and stress away from Mum and I during a very sad and confusing time for us both .

Too many people dealing with direct cremation of Mr John Brankin that notification of date of cremation to the family did not happen. Family phoned and told cremation had already taken place. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE.
