Mark was absolutely fantastic. From my initial phone call to notify the passing, down to the scattering of my wonderful step fathers ashes. Mark made me feel confident kens wishes would be granted and his send off would be a wonderful celebration of his amazing life.

 Everything went to plan and I was extremely well looked after at every stage. 

I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Downend to take care of what is a sensitive and emotional process in the best way possible for the families involved .

At a very busy time for them Sara and Mike made it seem as though our funeral was the only one the had to arrange, which they did with care and kindness. This meant that everything went off smoothly on the day and we as a family are very grateful.

The co-op was so professional with arranging our dad funeral.
Kim helped us with the technology that was needed to  have a slide show on the day and also  produced a unique design order of service which was fabulous for our dads send off.
Kim paired us up with David Miles the celebrant who came to the house, he was very professional and easy to talk too where he was only happy when we got everything right for the day.
 The co-op were with us every step of the way keeping us informed by email exactly what was going to happen on the day.
 The day went smoothly and I would recommend the co-op for all the help they gave us, on the day.
