Candice was excellent through out the arrangements keeping me informed at all times and getting back to me as soon as she could when I had a question.
I was contacted by Phillip the day before my father's funeral and he talked me through what would happen and him and his team were second to none on the day of the funeral.
Thanks to all at ScotMid for making things so easy on what was a sad time for the family.

Everything from the first meeting to the ceremony itself was organised superbly. It was exactly the celebration of my Mum's life that the family wanted to give. We cannot thank you enough for your support and help at such a tragic time in our lives. Thank you so, so much.

The staff were organised, practical and genuinely caring, all without being overly sentimental. They took you through all the options without influencing and were open and honest in their recommendations. I could not have gotten through this without them and am forever grateful for their efforts. Needless to say the funeral and service went smoothly and without a hitch. Highly recommend.

Candice Wilson was great when i went in to arrange my brothers funeral, at a very difficult time she showed great empathy and understanding.  It was very easy communicating with her via email as i was at home in Ireland.  Ian our funeral director was also excellent, he called me and gave me his mobile number Incase we had any questions or requests too.  On the day of the funeral i noticed that the one flower arrangement my Mum had asked for wasn’t there, Ian dealt with it and when we got to the crematorium the speacial flower was waiting for us.  Service was excellent all around. Many thanks for helping me make the arrangements for my brothers funeral.  Denise

Excellent service from start to finish.  My father died at home and Scotmid collected him within an hour of me calling them.  The following day I was contacted and the process of the funeral arrangements started.  Very professionally handled and everything went very smoothly, they even arranged the teas for after the service.  This is not the first time I have used them for family funerals and I wouldn't go anywhere else, they make a difficult time very easy.

I have never organised a funeral before but Susan put me at ease from the very first phone call I made. She listened to what my dad would have wanted and helped me so much. Philip also was very professional introducing himself and phoning a day before to let me know what would happen. My dad had a very good send off and would highly recommend Scotmid at Forrester Park Edinburgh. Thank you all for your professionalism and warm caring staff.
