Everything was clearly explained and time was given to discuss any decisions that needed made. We found all the staff very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Would highly recommend .

The staff at the Co-op Funeral Service on Forrester Park Drive in Edinburgh we’re beyond excellent. From the moment we entered their offices, to arrange my dads funeral. 
I cannot think how they could have been more helpful, or professional, myself and my extensive family have nothing but praise for them. 
I seriously cannot recommend them enough, and will be organising my own funeral with them - hopefully long before it’s needed! 
If you are not sure about making this important, emotional decision, either for a dearly loved one or yourself, speak to them first.

Everything went very well Philip Bryan phoned me the day before and told me how everything would go and asked me if I had any questions for him which I didn't as he covered everything. On the day Philip again reminded us all what was going to happen and as we were carrying the coffin instructed us how best to do this . The service was excellent and Philip.done a grand job . Candice who took our details and all the information from us also done a grand job phoning it e-mailing us when things cropped up . I would definitely recommend you to others .

From the first minute I walked into the office of the funeral directors, that initial greeting was warm and friendly, totallycrespect and dignity was dispkayedfro the whole team. I felt relaxed and listened to, leaving the office I felt at ease that my grandma was well cared for and I felt valued. The day of the funeral was so well organised, from the call the day before ensuring all grannys wishes where adhered to, and asking if I had any questions or if I was happy with the whole plan, was one word totally outstanding, I felt so at ease, the day went so smooth, I really cant thank the whole team for the service you provided not only me, but my whole family. It was my honour that grany had chosen your company to ensure all her wishes where granted, so thank you for tge kindness you all displayed throughout my journey.

A big thank you to both Candice Wilson for her help and guidance on all the arrangements and Philip Bryan for his attention to detail and professionalism on the day of the funeral. Obviously not an experience anyone wants to repeat but I will not hesitate in using Scotmid at Forrester Park again if the need arises in the future.

Our family were exceptionally impressed by the service provided. All the staff were extremely helpful and were very professional throughout, most notably Candice and Ian.  The little touches, like receiving a flower from the arrangement was very thoughtful.
